Capital One Quicksilver. Mistake on application

So I applied for the Capital One Quicksilver card, I go denied and got sent a letter. In the letter it said that my income was too low for the accounts I currently have. My yearly income is $48K and thats not bad at all for a 22 year old. I later realized that in the annual income section, I put in my monthly income by accident . Do you guys think if I call them up and explain them what happened they might look over the application? It says my only reason for denial is that my income is too low, nothing else.

I say call them to see if they can run it again. Also, ask if it will be another hardpull or softpull.
