Capital One Quicksilver Pre Approval

Hello guys, 

I have a 9 months old Discover It ($1.8K Limit) and an Ikea Project Card ($6k limit) 1 month old. 

My Experian is 711, Transunion and Equifax 766. 

I got a pre approval for Capital One Quicksilver and was wondering whether I have a good chance to get approved once I apply or not. 

Also, is it a good idea to add another card within the first year ?

While no pre-approval is guaranteed, Capital One is pretty solid. 
I don't think anyone on this site would oppose adding another card lol.
