Capital One SL recon?

Does any one have any success with recon on a Capital One starting limit? Thanks. 

Starting Scores in the 400's.
Current Eq. 633, Transunion 660, Exp. 652

From what I have seen ,Cap one does not hardly ever do recons , while it wouldn't hurt to try I just wanted to tell you it's more than likely not something that will happen.
