Kohl's Question

Just approved for the Kohl's Charge Card (after years of have no credit cards due to collections and charge offs).

It gave me this message:

Application Confirmation
Congratulations!
You have been approved for a Kohl's Charge.

However it didn't show a CL is there a way to check this online?

Re: Kohl's Question

Sign in to your Kohl's account online and you find your SL. You can also call in and ask.

Congrats on the approval and on the road back! $300 was my SL when I started just like yourself (this was 2014) Incidentally my cl is $300 still, lol.  Kohls doesen't seem to like to give out a CLI at all.

Re: Kohl's Question

Just called $300 CL

I've read on here a lot of people get CLI's after they request them at the 5-6 month mark as long as they're actually using the card and it's not just collecting dust.

Re: Kohl's Question

I started at $1k and was bumped up to $3k with one auto CLI in less than a year, just use it frequently and PIF frequently if you want it to grow.

Re: Kohl's Question

I got my first increase at 6 months. Then it's been every 3 months. I'm at a year and one month and my card went from $300 to $2500. I actually got an increase tonight.
