They refunded me my $100 deposit directly into my account yesterday. My card was originally a $200 secured card and got bumped to $500 in October. Since it is now unsecured, I wonder if I can do a product change? I am so thrilled this happened because I was considering closing it.
That is so awesome. Congrats. I wonder if it helped that you called in. Maybe doing that last month put you on a list for review to unsecure? I'm still holding hope here. October will be 2 years for me and then she is gonna get closed. Did you run a lot of spend on it? I did this last cycle to see if that would give it a nudge.
Did you pay in full or let anything post? Also is there a notice in the documents message part of your account. Sometimes I miss a lot of email but I check there to see if I got a message stating it and nothing.
