Capital One Venture Card approval proccess

So I helped my wife apply for the Cap One Venture card with the 40k bonus offer. The screen shot stated "You are approved"  you will receive your card in 7-10 days but  did not give any other info such as CL etc.

When I applied for that same card I was immediately notified that I was approved and my liimit was 20k.  I contacted the 800 number and the recording said that the application was under review. I assume that is under review in regards to determining the initial CL and APR?  Any thoughts, experiences with applying for this card.

they are making a decision on the credit limit. but she is approved. patience and congrats on that 5k or 10k. or even more
