Capital One/Walmart Pre Approval

Got a preappoval letter from capone for their walmart card. I already have 2 cap one accounts, can I qualify for this third account with capone?

The two-card limit only applies to their subprime cards (secured, Platinum, & QS1).  You can have five of their cards overall.
