Re: Capital one EO called

How does one even go about emailing the EO? I'd like to give it a shot hut don't know where to start.

Re: Capital one EO called

Rather than requesting a CLI, have applied for new cards, used the prequal site?

You definitely need to update your CRs & scores, way old in your sig

When the EO called me back, in reference to having requested a CLI, she asked me how much of an increase I wanted. I told her an increase to $10000. My limit was $2500 at the time. She also asked if I was willing to take a partial increase, and I told her no. Three days later I got turned down, and a day later I had jettisoned the card. Just another closed card.

Lol....this is about as funny as any "Cap One sour grapes" post as I've seen.  So you wanted a 300% increase, wouldn't take a partial increase and closed the card in response?  Interesting.  First question would be, what was the the card?  Premier?  QS/QS1? Venture?   Because we've done the appropiate product discussion too many times on here.  Just wondering.

Re: Capital one EO called

Not sure if you're directed to me, but I did get both of the non secured cards converted to qs and I did receive a 5k increase spread evenly on both.

I just did something ridiculous to see their response. I emailed to attempt to get a secure card PC'd (which I know is less likely than me getting an Amex Centurion) and also said if they couldn't if they could give me the max of $3,000 CL on it. Lets see how this plays out.

P.S. I prequal for Venture, Venture One, and QuickSilver and mentioned this in the email.
