Capitalone credit line increase, is it worth it?

I hit the capitalone credit line increase button and it wants to give me 100.00 increase, i have a $500 credit line now, should i take it? Thank you and be safe.

Agreed! It is very rare to see someone with a lower limit...and to be honest, even higher ones...to get massive CLI's from them.

20% is pretty standard for them on a card with $500. I started out that way 20 years ago. The card sees little action and subsequently, little to no CLI's

The $100 and $300 CLI are the normal CLI on lower limit cards. The 3k CLI are very rare these days, and given to cards with large SL. As an aside, Cap One CLI have dried up, so I'd say take what you can.

What is your monthly spend on the card? I'm due for a CLI on the 25th and I have a $500 limit. I spent $1400/month

Yeah I usually only get either $300 or $500 offers which seems to be standard for CapOne so I'd take it

I took the credit line increase on 8/31/2020 was $500 now $600, hope in 6 months a bigger increase. Thank you and be safe.
