Card to apply for to help rebuild

Hello,

I am looking to apply for a card with FICO scores of

TU: 612

EQ: 633

EX: 627

I have 1 EQ collection for a medical debt

and 2 collections for TU and EX

I already have a capital one card ($750) and I am an authorized user on many of my wifes cards. Utilization is low. I want to rebuild credit, however, I do not want First Premier or Credit One cards. Can anybody tell me what I have a decent chance of getting?

Re: Card to apply for to help rebuild

Which Capital One card do you currently have?  I would recommend starting with the Capital for rebuidling credit.  You can always go on their website to see if you are pre-qualified for any of their cards.  If one of the Quicksilver or Venture card come up as an offer - go for it. Their prequal is pretty accurate.

Good luck!! Keep us posted.

Would you be willing to get a secured card? If so, what region of the country are you in ?

I currently have a Quicksilver. Nothing shows up on prequal for me. Though I think that is because  I have a fraud alert so I always get the 7-10 day message from Capital One.

I am in Arizona. I would consider a secured card if I had no other options.

Maybe get a other capital one quicksilver or platinum and try for a Barclays rewards MasterCard or Apple rewards.

Do you have the QS or QS1? And how long have you had it?

Do you have to have an account at a credit union to apply?
