I’d wait until your score updates.
Chase was my 6th card to open in 2 yrs last November and no issues. Amex was my 7th. So it’s not a hard cut rule. I also have a cable collection on my report. I have a small amount of money in a checking account that I opened a few months prior to approval.
Every situation is different but again I’d wait until your score updates on Experian and if you have a branch nearby, pop in and see if they have any pre approvals for you.
Good luck!
You're at 5/24 and your score is only considered Fair. There seems to be no compelling reason they'd compromise on the rule and approve the app. I would play it safe until you're at 4/24 and that score increases.
I was approved for my Chase cards with scores only ~625, but...
With that said, I was 0/24 at the time, and had "green checkmarks" for those cards when I applied for them.
So nothing is impossible, but the fact that you're already 5/24 doesn't bode well. If you don't have green checkmarks, or an in-branch approval, I wouldn't recommend applying.
With those scores, and that number of new accounts, if you don't have a pre-approval then I wouldn't waste the inquiry hit, you'll almost certainly get denied.
i cold apped at 5/24 (TU only, Apple card) 40% uti and a high charge card balance and got approved for a decent SL at like 670 scores,
So you dont need an insane score, however i do agree with the others you should wait it out a bit, i also ate a lot of chase denials and it wasn't fun
