Chances at Amex BCE or BCEP?

I just cant find their prequalify on the Amex site anymore. 

If anyone can advise how it is done I am curious as well.

If you're an Amex member already, I find that link doesn't work in my default browser, but if I use it in a different browser I can search again for my pre-qualified offers.

Thank you !  That was the reason ... it would not show up in google chrome.  I had to use Explorer.  Thank you
