Chances of balance transfer approval with maxed cards but good credit

Just curious before I start getting hard pulls and rejections if anyone has been able to get any balance transfer cards with already maxed credit cards? I have 701 score and no negatives on my report. I’m  just worried with all my close to maxed out credit cards I’ll get rejected. Do credit card companies use a DTI % ? Or maybe I should try a personal loan not sure yet. Any thoughts or suggestions?

the best bet for you would be check Discover pre qualification page. Those are as good as gold and will tell you if you qualify for 0%. Amex pre qual page is pretty good too. Hopefully you don’t already have those cards. Capital one pre qual pretty solid too.

Hi OP, if you're trying to get out of credit card debt, I wouldn't add another credit card to the mix.  With your cards reporting maxed out, I doubt you'd get approved for another card with a starting limit that would help you.  You didn't mention the amount of the debt that you're attempting to transfer, but I'd recommend looking into a personal loan instead of adding a new credit card account.  I have a SOFI personal loan and highly recommend them because the process was fast and easy.  I applied on a Saturday and had the money in my account by that Tuesday or Wednesday.  Good luck to you!
