The co-branded cards have not been subjected to the rule yet.

Re: Chase 5/24

5/24 cards are

FU,Freedom, Slate, CSP

Everything else is co-branded

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Correct, as of now they don't apply to 5/24.

Re: Chase 5/24

Perfect! Would anyone advise otherwise? Ex is 726, Utl 7%, highest limit reported is 13.3k, no derogatory. EX states the only negative is that I don't have any installment loans.

Re: Chase 5/24

I guess the real question is what are you looking for in a card? many of us would advise not apping for something you don't really need/want/will use just for the sake of opening another card.

Re: Chase 5/24

Yeah I'm in the market for a card with a reasonable AF, and no FTF. Looking at the Marriott card at their rewards program it's suitable for me, I'm thinking of going for it.
