I was like I refinanced my car!
I thought it was resolved and good as she didn't ask anything else and put me back on hold to finalize to only come back after less than a minute and say "at this time, we are just not comfortable with what you have done since the bankruptcy and why you are doing some much credit shopping!"
EXCUSE ME.
I hung up and called back this afternoon to only be told that since it was reconsidered, it could not be looked at again... SINCE WHEN?!
BK's are on the report for 10 years. I am surprised you did not know that. Secondly if Chase or previous entity was included then they also have it in their records. JP Morgan Chase Bank has updated their computer system to be much more cruel to those that waste the banks resources. This is starting with the 5/24 rule and continuing with elimination of the HUCA ability if you are not satisfied with your answer in recon. They also no longer like churners for that reason either.
Remember talking with a Chase underwriter is like talking with your mother. She knows what you are doing and she does not like it but once in a while if you are truthful she might let you slide.
