Chase Amazon Prime App Process

The quest to yeet Blaze, Credit One, and Merrick.

Bolstered by my rising scores and recent Apple Card approval, I put in an app for Chase's Amazon Prime card on Sunday and got a message indicating that I would be notified about their decision in 30 days. Bummer.

However, the following morning, I checked my email to see a request for income verification. I sent it to them via their docusign link, and called the recon line. I was told that I would need to wait 3-4 business days for a decision.

I currently have a Chase Freedom card with a lower limit (500), but have been with Chase for a good while now (2015).

Vanilla FICO 8s are 676, 702, 717. (EQ, TU, EX).

IV request puts you out of the "hard no" right up front category, so that's a plus! Good luck on your app, I hope you get the card! Keep us all posted.

Being that you have good history with Chase, I say you stand a chance.
