Chase Amazon Prime Visa - verification

I applied for this card 8-14-21. I received a letter in the mail saying that they need to verify that the application was mine and told me to call the fraud department at 1-877-470-9042. I called and waited on hold for an hour and five minutes and then got hung up on. I called again, waited an hour and twelve minutes, got a rep on the line and got hung up on before I could give her my reference number. I'm not sure if my phone or their system is hanging up, but I can't wait on hold all day. Is there another number I can call?

Only number I know of or can call UW and have them transfer you to verification dept.  I know the hold time has been quite long lately for other posts though in excess of hour.  Might be best to call them first thing early morning when they are less busy I believe they open at either 7 or 8 EST although not sure.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Unfortunately I'm in Alaska so I'm 4 hours behind East Coast time and I'm in no frame of mind to talk to anyone at 4 AM. Guess I'll just have to suck it up.
