Razzafracken.......
Did a triple pull (never heard of that one before) and denied for "Bk showing on a credit file". Bk was 25 months old rebult quite a bit so far. They pull all 3 and quote the lowest of the 3 on the letter lol
Oh well

Doesn't Chase do an auto denial for BK showing? Are you going to try to recon it?
I think it is a little different on co-branded cards I have seen some on here with the Amazon card with a BK listed. If I remember reading correctly, one was at the 1 year mark. Wished they would have done, would not have costed me the triple lol.
Honestly? Not sure if I want to recon it or not, figure would probably be a waste of time.

Sorry for the denial Op. I would call to try to recon if it was me. Even more if it was a triple pull. What do you have to lose? Worse they say is no.
LOL Valid points and thanks also. I figurewd was a long shot but thought I would do that last one on my way to the garden. I may recon, if for nothing else to post the results in case anyone could benefit from the data points.

I'm not sure if there is a difference with co branded cards or not, but I guess my point was that if chase auto declines for BK that's what recon is for. I know there are plenty of people with chase cards and BK's but they had to recon to get around that auto decline from the computer. Well whether you decide to or not is up to you but if you do, Good Luck!!!!

I was specifically told by a Chase CSR that it's a waste to apply for a Chase card with a BK showing. He said it's an automatic denial.

automatic denial isn't entirely true but it's definitely risky business. i would recon. as stated what do you really have to lose? 15 minutes? just try. also, i thought you were in the garden. drapping? lol.
LOL.....I actually did the app before I hit the garden, was my last one on my way to the dirt pile to watch the wabbits eat the carrots.
I will try the recon, nothing to lose with it right?

Thanks, I will give it a try and see what happens, as pointed out....nothing to lose lol. I know when I apped it went to the 7-10 message and even with the letter in my hand it still says that. Now that you mention it, everyone that got the card with a BK also said they had to recon it as well.
