Chase Blacklist Question

I've been searching this board for answers, but only seem to find discussions regarding unpaid charge offs. My question is regarding PAID charge offs.

How long does Chase Blacklist you for charge offs that have been paid in full?

I had 2 charge offs with Chase, that were paid in full 7 years ago, and have both fallen off my cr in the past year. I have also had both checking and savings accounts with them for 15 years. Should I now be good for an approval of a new Chase card? Or might I still not be in their good graces?

Re: Chase Blacklist Question

There's no definitive timeframe.  It's all based on internal records. The latter can be anywhere from 5 to 10 years (longer in some cases) depending on what Chase took as a loss.

But, if you satisfied the COs, then that would be more favorable. That said, an "approval" would still be based on standard UW - provided you can clear the 5/24 restriction as well.
