Have had Freedom for 3 years, with nada.  Chase needs to keep pace with Citi and start offering SP CLI language

As most people have said, you will have a HP for each card you request the increase on. That being said, they do give CLIs randomly, but it takes quite a while. They just increased my Freedom from 1700 to 3700 without me requesting an increase. It might be a coincidence, but I had just applied for the Amazon Prime Visa card with them a day before. Maybe they used that HP for the cli.
