I don't even see a luv button. Are my accounts too new? (A week or so shy of 6-months). I'm hoping to bump up my Freedom...
You can either send a SM or call customer service to request a CLI. It will be a hard pull, but you can ask if there's a SP CLI offer available. I would advice against asking for a CLI from Chase though, they typically give out small increases. It would be better to open a card and transfer the limit over.

New card and roll limit.
This isn't what the OP was asking. They wanted to know how to obtain a CLI -- I won't go into that as it was already answered, but this isn't always the best way to obtain a CLI through Chase.. in fact brings down AAoA. Chase has seemingly become a little more lax with CLIs in my opinion so might not be the best route to obtain a new TL to get a CLI on an older card.
i would send a secure message, but calling will do too. there is no LUV button online. only if they send you like an email code. or if they do it automatically
Agreed that the same old blanket "new card and roll limit" does not apply to everyone. OP is asking how to get a CLI with their existing card.
Now, it is not always worth it with Chase because it's a HP but you maintain the age of account vs taking a HP, new account, AAOA ding etc.
If you are happy with your card, there's no reason to do the new card/roll limit thing because you can't do it with the same product anyway. You cannot open a new Freedom for example while you have a Freedom open. The new card/roll limit only works if you want a different product, so it is not always the right solution.
To answer your question, I'd call and ask if any SP CLI is available. Occasionally, it is. If not, it's up to you to decide. If you can spare an inquiry it's not thaaaat big of a deal to take a HP for CLI. It sucks that that's how they do it, but it is what it is.

For the OP's situation (Chase accounts are fairly recent), Open and roll may be the fastest way to a CLI however besides spending close to the limit monthly and hoping for the CLI gods to answer.
Good luck youngblood. I sincerely hope the gods at Chase are more generous to you than they are to me.
I have 4 Chase cards, and have all the Chase cards I want. New cards are not the answer for me. I want to know how to grow the ones I have.
I'll start with a SM.
