Re: Chase CSP Pre qualified?

Leave. Now. You aren't allowed to be worried and then get 18k.

.....=) CONGRATS! I just got the sapphire two weeks ago. Lots of friends comment on it. Merchants do not. I was a little underwhelmed by the contrast in the blues of the card itself. Despite that I love it. Well on my way to hitting the bonus.

If you call them back right now they will expedite it to you free of charge. It's definitely my most used card at the moment.

Re: Chase CSP Pre qualified?

Also, I understand you're inquiry sensitive, but with scores above 730 you needn't worry. Realistically since you already took a hit I might apply for a venture(of course this is pending you're ability to hit the spending bonus)
Inquiries will only affect you for 12 months.

Re: Chase CSP Pre qualified?

it’s not actually the credit card issuers combining multiple pulls, it’s credit bureaus. If all of the information matches, the credit bureaus assume this a duplicate entry and delete it. The reason why some inquiries are combined and others aren’t is that credit card issuers won’t necessarily use the same data for each credit card.

Enter the same exact info and it should be the same pull, the only exception should be if on the second app they pull another bureau, then obviously that one will be an entirely new pull on its own. If you do call in do not mention the sapphire at all. Use you're application id not your social. You don't want them to see the sapphire, otherwise that could put you over the 5/24
