Chase Credit Card Application - Endless "Verifying Your Information"

So I just applied tonight for the Chase Simplicity card for DW. It has been on the endless "Verifying Your Information" window for well over 5 minutes. Did I mess something up? Should I close out the window? I don't want to mess the application up but at this point it's even popped up saying "Your session will end in 5 minutes, would you like to continue?" window and I said continue. Should I just close the window and re-apply or just wait it out?
