Re: Chase Credit Card

I find most institutions with decent customer service you can get through to someone eventually by hitting 0 or waiting at every menu. Eventually you'll get someone or it'll hang up on you. Occasionally you'll get a voice mailbox. Some systems that recognize speech you can say "speak to a representative" or maybe "help"

Re: Chase Credit Card

So, here is a scary thought! I contacted Chase services. They could not find a single thing on me. (name, social....etc.) So, when I told them the date they pulled my credit they told me I could reapply. UHHHHH NOOOOOO!  I will say they went out of their way to try and help me and all but had no luck of anything. I then pulled my report back up and called the number listed on my credit pull. The number was disconnected. UGHHHHHH.

So I googled the address listed on my credit report and called the headquarters that popped up on google. The nicest woman tried to help me but said her hands were tied. I asked what she could do to reverse the inquiry but had no luck.

Becareful all that apply....now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for 2 years...and no credit card OR denial letter.

Unbelievable!
