I applied for the Southwest Airline card over the weekend. I thought they were going to pull EXP. But they pull both EXP and TU.
Didn't expect a double pull. My last inquiries were in July on TU, and August for EXP. So, not to worried about it.
Got the dreaded its pending message. Call the chase status phone number, and it states under review. Does that mean DENIAL?

They will need some verification. They double pull on borderline (I was insta approved, but bad relationship with purchased agent).
Your scores might be a little borderline. Definitely call to see what's up.
Eh, not sure that's always the criteria for double pulls. They double pull me all the time including last week for the BA card. I don't think it was my scores.

+1
Chase double pulled me when I got my Freedom (EQ and EX) but spared me another pull when I applied for AARP two weeks later.
Chase double pulled TU and Experian when I applied for Freedom, but got instant approval. I applied later same day for CSP, and they used the same pulls for the CSP. I wasn't expecting the double pull either, but at least I got two cards for the two pulls.
I just got approved for the Freedom and Chase double pulled me also - EX and TU. I was surprised about the TU pull. Only card with Chase was Amazon Visa.
