Chase Freedom Unlimited Approval Odds?

Thanks to everyone who answered my earlier question, I think the route I'm going to go is CFU, amazon prime visa (for the no FTF and 2% cashback for dining and gas and drug stores) CF later down the line, although depending on 'rona may switch the CF and amazon prime depending on my traveling plans. I'm planning on going abroad so the no FTF is appealing to me.

ANYWAY, back to my main question.

My scores are

ex: 751

eq: 770

TU: 771

income: 20k (18k but I'm rounding up as I hope to work a lot once I get home) would saying 25k be pushing it?

credit length: 1 year 1 mo

1 card discover, as amex hasn't reported

I have the 1 hp from July 21.

Should I just yolo the application and go for it? I don't really want to wait for the flex because I don't want to risk my amex reporting and then lowering my chances to get it, I'd rather try now while it's not on my credit report. Let me know what you guys think!

IMHO, you should put your actual verifiable income, this can be any money that you have access to.  If you start making more money later you can always update with them for the chance to get CLI's.

As for when to apply, if you want the card, your scores look to support it you can go ahead and apply and just PC later if you decide you want the Flex.

I think you have a good chance. At least you'll have one shot at a recon.
