Chase Freedom Update

My application for credit was denied due to length of credit history on 2 new accounts. I'm ok with it, of course I have no other choice.  After seeing how accounts were getting closed with no warning I was kinda relieved. I'll let my credit grow and try for something else.

It appears that accounts were getting closed because people were abusing the system by purchasing giftcards to meet the bonus spend requirements, then SDing the cards. It's still a good card, although I'd rather have Discover IT. Garden for 6 months and you'll probably be good to go on the application front.
