Chase Freedom mail appication invite

I recently recieved Chase Freedom in the mail offer but already had the Chase Freedom card so I said "What the heck" so I filled it out and applied online and got the 7-10 denial of death notice. When I recieved the notice in the mail it said I already had the Freedom card and the account is maybe 1 month old. No hard pull on the app, Chase must of been thinking"COME ON what is guy this thinking?" So spared the HP. Funny thing I just got another Chase Freedom App in the mail again today...lol I will not fill this one out as Chase might be sending me the Dummy Test to see if I fill it out again....lol..Just think if I fill it out again and later ask for a CLI, I can see Chase members saying to one another in thier cubicles" Do we really want to give this guy a $3k increase?" All at once"Denied"!!...........Happy Friday boardmembers!!!1

The offers are just marketing offers and nothing really set in stone.  If you want a CLI, go out and request that instead and keep in mind it will be a hardpull..

LOL, so you got a Freedom card, then got a mailer and apped again, got a denial with no HP?

I wonder if this all happened so fast that the first app CR was still within the 30-days from that app, so this second app was using the existing CR that was already in your file?

The mailers are just now reaching you from the SP inquiries that Chase has been doing on your file recently, starting prior to the actual Freedom app you got.

I got the Chase Freedom on 5.31. The last three times I've logged in to my account I've gotten a popup to apply for the Chase Freedom.

Yeah maybe that was the case that Chase did not do a HP because the account was so new and it was the same card with a invite. To add to the story I recieved a Chase Disney invite today in the mail offering $200 gift card with $500 purchase in 3 months. Thats all most like the Freedom offer is right now I think.  So I guess Chase is trying to come at me with the confusion tactics...lol   I can see like a Mr Burns(Simpsons) like underwriter looking over a shoulder of a nervous intern at the computer screen saying" If he dosen't apply for this card make sure to deny his next 10 CLI requests"...lol
