Recieved a chase freedom invitation in the mail. Curious how difficult chase is to get and if it is worth a HP. It had a high interest rate. Im just looking to bring down my overall utilization with a couple higher credit limits. Scores are EX740 TU 734 EQ 736.
I am adressing the utilization. Im at 37% now down from a high of 76% as soon as my tax refund comes in I am paying off my highest card with is at 72 %. The rest of my cards( 22 with store and bankcards most are at 0% only 5 have a balance and mostly under 30% and I am working those down). I was just trying to raise my total overall credit limit to make the process a bit faster. Thank you for your advice,
if you're expecting enough of a return to pay down your card pretty good i wouldn't waste an app JUST for that you know what i mean? save your HPs for something that is worth it to you
