Chase Marriott Question

Submitted an app through the Marriott website with the 3 free night SUB. 

i got a notice pretty quickly that they had to get back to me and they'll let me know asap. 

strange thing is I never got a notification for any HPs on any of the three CB's. And when I check the chase app status they have no record of me either online through my account or calling the app status line. 

Do you guys think my app never went through or is there a significant delay feom

marriott actually submitting to chase? Haven't experienced this before so wanted to see what others have?

I'd give Chase a call first thing Monday

Just double checking, this wasnt the Amex version?  If it were the Amex version and you have an active Amex card, there would be no HP
