During my recent CLI on my CSP, I was granted 1.5k. They stated they couldn't give me more because I had maxed their amount of credit they could grant me. I only have 13.5 on csp and 11.5 on freedom. which is 25k. Is this correct? I think i've read where people get 35k right outta the gate with CSP? I make 78k annually.

It depends on each individuals overall profile (i.e. income, score, history, etc...). That's just where you are with them at this moment. Think of it as a rolling target with chase, subject to change as your profile changes.

In illustration, they kept me at 10k for a year. It seemed like forever. Then a couple months ago I applied for 7 new chase co-branded (thanks to the boards) cards and added $61k more in chase credit.
My max exposure with Chase is $4500 because that's all they would give me when I reconned my Freedom denial. A friend of mine has $70K in exposure between her cards. It's all about profile and income.
Max exposure also changes with time with lender.. 2 months ago I supposedly was at max exposure with chase at 11.5k with greater than 100k income.. Once I hit a year and a few things got better on my profile the flood gates opened with huge new approvals with them on cards in the last month or so.. Many things go into play beyond income as others stated and time with a lender is one of many.

Hey 12njoy... when you say "I applied for," did you get all 7 of them? Or just some?
I'm at modest CSP and Freedom CLs and might have a better chance of getting them up via cobrands (Disney, BA, and Marriott or Ritz are on my wish list).

I applied and got all 7 of them. See my thread on my process. Definitely better chance with cobranded, especially considering the 5/24 rule of Chase.
Chase is funny.
They are not ready to raise my limit on freedom from $2K. Me and my DW have this card as joint holders and other cards we have in our wallet have been growing.
