I've been chiming in on Chase pre-qual posts the last few days, but here's one for the group- I have NO offers in credit journey or the pre-qual page.
I'm at 3/24 (2/24 on EX/EQ because Apple doesn't report to them yet). I have opened 4 lines in less than a year as seen below. I want the Chase Freedom, but I was going to wait 6 months after getting the CSP in December. Given the current circumstances, grocery spending has gone up since eating out is no longer an option which makes the Freedom quite useful this quarter. Should I take the hard pull and chance now or wait until July as planned? Fico scores in sig are accurate.

Ordinarily I’d say stop in a bank for in branch offers but since that’s not a possibility now... it’s up to you if you want to chance a HP(most likely 2). no prequalified offers doesn’t mean non approval.
if if it were me... I’d wait until 6 months after last application so they’re spaced out.
Either way... good luck!

Unfortunately, that was never a possibility for me because Chase only has one tiny branch in my state. I'll keep looking at the prequal site for now in case it changes. While I agree that it isn't a guarantee either way, it certainly gives you more confidence.

Id wait for 6 months. Youve been adding alot of credit this past year even being under 5/24.

Yeah... Wings wasn't terribly up front about the hard pull when I signed up online, but it is what it is. The one that stings is the Apple Card. I got it because I didn't have a 2% cashback in the wallet and I've always gone out of my way to shop at places that take NFC/ApplePay. It was a quite useful for about 14 days until I got a banking deal from Chase that made my Amazon card 2% for ALL transactions. That pretty much sidelined my AppleCard's entire raison d'etre.
