Experts,
I have a CF and CFU. Can I PC the CF to CFU and the CFU to CF at the same time?
If yes, do I have to wait a year after PCing again?
Why, you ask?
One card is an original Chase account (CF) and the other is a Providian/WaMu acquired card. With the Freedom Flex switch to Mastercard, I'd like to keep my original Chase BIN. Probably silly of me, but just wondering.
The switch to Flex isn't mandatory, but if you do want one you should be able to CFU-->Flex and then OG CF-->CFU once the Flex launches.

Not really answering my questions... But here's some information about why your suggestion may not work:
[Update 9/5/20: FM reports being told by the Chase media team that it will only be possible to product change from the Chase Freedom to the Freedom Flex. It will not be possible to product change from the Freedom Unlimited or Chase Sapphire card.]

Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. I don't know specifically whether Chase will do two product changes at the same time, or if they have any required wait on PCs other than a year before increasing the AF on a new card.
I called Chase and got the answers to my questions. Love Chase, by the way. Excellent customer service.
1. You can product change a Chase credit card two times a year, not including reversals.
2. No issue with doing a PC for both of my cards.
3. They were unable to tell me if you will be able to PC from Freedom Unlimited to Freedom Flex after the 13th, but I am getting the vibe that, that will not possible.
@kerplunk I am relatively new, so take my advice with a grain of salt. If I understand your post correctly, you are attempting to PC both your CF and CFU.
As long as you have had both cards for a year, you should be able to PC both cards. As you noted, only the CF can be PC'd to the CFF.
There have been a few inconsistent dps about the year long wait for new accounts to be eligible for PCs, it might only take a few months to PC.
EDIT: Thanks for the update. I wonder about that. I mean you can effectively PC the CFU to the CF so why wouldnt they allow a direct PC?

Intersting, thanks for the DP's.
I recently PC'd CSP to the basic Sapphire card to avoid the AF for 2020 due to no traveling etc. So it seems I still have one left in this "calendar year", which i was thinking of just doing a PC to CFU and closing my current CFU opened July of 19. Since it seems I may not ever go back to CSP, at least for a few years.
