I would definitely recommend letting your profile get stronger then in time apply for the CSP you'll get the $500 sign up bonus (or $625 towards travel) and can transfer some of your FU to it making it a higher limit. It'll be worth the wait.
Also, if you apply with a strong profile you'll get a lower APR (good benefit because Chase never does apr reductions), and likely a higher CL, because chase CLI's without a HP are very rare."
