I just wanted to let everyone know, that the Chase 5 Accounts in 2 years rule, seems to be intact.
One of my accounts aged over two years today, and after months of no pre qual's at the Chase Site, I am now getting the CSP and Slate offers.

Thanks for sharing..
You can still receive mail offers for CSP, freedom, slate, with specifi APRs, also see the same online, yet still not be eligible. I see prequals all the time but they wont go through!
True, but Chase Pre Qual is pretty solid

@Maybe for chase branded cards but not sure if it even works on co-branded cards. I'm sure I couldn't get another chase branded card to save my life but I just opened up 6 chase co-branded cards in the last 2 months all the while no pre-qualified offers on their site. I'll take those odds any day. CSP stuck @Anonymous -vs- 56k in new chase co-branded credit.
I've apparently opened 12 new accounts since September 2014, so it'll be a while before I see anything on their prequal site.
