This month I unfroze Ex and opted-in in hopes of getting some online pre-qualls from chase. Ex is who they always pull for me, that’s why I choose them. However, I never received any pre-qualls on chase’s site. Conversely what I discovered is that when I unfroze TU on 04/11/16 for a 24 hr lift, I got my first pre-qualls for Freedom and Slate both with Apr’s. When the TU lift ended last night at 12:00pm, I noticed that my chase pre-qualls did not display anymore.
Could it be that chase uses TU to sp me for pre-qualls and hp through Ex for the account approval? I just thought this was interesting turn of events so I decided to share. Since others may be wondering why they are not getting chase pre-qualls, maybe this could be a reason. I will test this to see if I can replicate this behavior and report back in 24 -36 hours with my findings. Also, this was the only pre-quall that worked for me.
