Also, did the prequal online actually show her the Reserve, or did it only show her the Preferred and she chose to app for the Reserved?

CSR doesn't show on the prequals so I'm assuming since she had basically the big 3 (Freedom, FU, and CSP) pop up he figured she was good to go on apping for the CSR which I more or less agree.

ya multiple cards with $10k plus limit i think venture and a us bank cash plus or something, not familiar with us bank cards.
