That is the standard reply from Chase when an application isn't instantly approved so yes many people have received that message. By itself it means very little. Your best bet is to call the Chase automated application status line at 800-436-7927 and follow the prompts. If you receive either a either a 30 day or 2 week status that is normally pretty good and most often results in an approval. If you receive a 30 day reply, that normally indicates a denial. I think you mean if the automated system tells you 7-10 days it's usually a denial, 30 days or 2 weeks often means approved.
yes 7 to 10 usually denial..my fdaughter works at chase in that dept
