Is it possible to app with chase with EQ report locked? Will they pull TU instead or does EQ have to be unlocked?
Why dont you just unlock EQ so that Chase can pull it?
It's possible for my location. Chase pulls TU and EX for where I live, I apped for CSR last December with EQ frozen and was approved.
Doubt very much they will pull Equifax.

What makes you think that? Chase has pulled EQ every time that I have applied with them. It is dependent on your location and credit file. Chase often pulls 2 CRAs for applications.

You have a point and I stand corrected when it comes to geographics. I dont agree that it has anything to do with your credit file. What exactly do you mean by that?
Also, i am very aware they usually pull two bureaus. As they have always done that with my two approvals. Always Experian and Transunion. I'm in Boston.

If your so concerned, just thaw it out. Do you have baddies on EQ you don't want them to see?

Had some identity theft. EX and TU already finished disputes, just waiting on EQ to finish. I guess I will just wait until they are done.
Like you said, I too would just wait. No need to waste time app'ing with frozen reports. And there is a very thin line about discussing app'ing with frozen reports around these here parts. Best of luck to you if and when you do decide to apply.
