I have three "offers selected for you" credit card offers on my account. Not getting offers on prequal site since I'm over 5/24. My offers are almost certainly marketing. I wish that weren't true. Doctor of Credit articles say if offer has a solid apr, only asks for income... likely a true offer, good chance of approval. Offers with apr range, askingfor personal info & income... marketing, won't surpass 5/24.
You are not 5/24, and are a Chase customer... two very positive factors. Hopefully others with more/better knowledge will respong to your post. I'm new, limited experience/knowledge.
Post your results if you apply. Good luck!!!

Not sure about your income but your listed data points supports an approval with or without preapproved offers for all Chase cards.
Your stats are pretty good but they might ask about the loan. I would go for it, and be prepared to recon and mention you are making payments on it. If you plead your case well I think you have a decent chance. The loan is your only negative I see.
You should stop by a branch and see if you are preapproved for a card product.
I have an almost 2-year old Freedom stuck at 1k. Had offers for FU, Slate, and CSP with green checks in my account and APR ranges, no offers ever on the prequal site. I pulled the trigger through my account page for the Slate for the 0% fee BT and was approved for $4300 with 680-690 scores and 47% overall util.

From what I was told, those green checkmarks are more solid then prequals.
