Chase did 2 HP

So I applied for the Chase Slate Card on 12/31/16 and received the 7-10 day message, no biggie.  Today I see that they pulled my credit twice so I called in to do a recon and I was told that not enough time has passed for them to gove me an answer.  Strange.

Borderline profiles are pulled x2. Mine were EX and TU.

twice on 1 bureau?

That happened to me on PenFed. I called PenFed and was told they had no idea of a 2nd HP and advised me to call EQ. I went to EQ website and disputed the 2nd HP.

2nd HP has no impact on my score but still though, I could have use that HP for something else.

This is more than likely true. Everything I've ever app'd for with Chase resulted in a pull on both EX and EQ.

Don't sweat it too much , don't like it obviously but that was the case with both mine 3yrs. ago, then closed old freedom and opened new one last mth with a 790 EX and 792 TU & 5% Util. same thing,so that is just how it is for some of us...Hopefully you'll get the approval..Good Luck !!!!!!!!

OP Chase loves me so much 

That inspite of not being borderline they double pulled me each and every time 

1st app EX EQ ....geeez 

At one point Chase was rumored that if you applied for 2 cards at same time it would result in 1 HP 

So I tried that since I wanted 2 cards anyway 

Well low and behold the love was priceless this time 

1st app EX EQ

2nd app TU guess I should feel loved that they didn't double this one ....yeah right

WTH with this much love I think I prefer single again Chase
