Chase disney mailer/app questions

So i just received a mailer from chase for the disney card with a $200 gc sub. Thatd be nice considering I'm going for my honeymoon.
But i am wondering if its a pre approval or a targeted mailer because i do have a vacation already booked with them.

Current fico via scorecard is 689, 39% util but this months payments didn't post before that. Should be around 20% if i can math correctly. 1 30 day late from november. No other baddies. 1 bank card, 2 retail cards and an auto loan. Avg age of credit is 1yr 2 months. Income 70k
Can i get this card or should i get this card??

That's marketing, not a preapproval.
It's one of the easier Chase cards to get approved for, you probably have a decent shot at an approval

Get one for your fiancee as well. That way you can almost pay for 2 days of admissions.
