Chase fraud verification

Applied for the chase sapphire preferred card and it was pending review. I called the back foot number thanks to you guys and they analyst told me it was with the fraud verification department. Does this mean upon proof of my identity that I am approved ?

Not a guarantee, but chances are usually good for an approval.

I applied for Chase Freedom and Chase Sapphire Preferred yesterday and got routed to fraud verification on both apps. I called in to the department today and was approved for both cards, 5.5K CL on Chase Freedom and $16K CL on Chase Sapphire Preferred.

Just approved for a 5k limit after answering some simple questions. My highest card is $3500 so I'm happy
