App'd for Freedom last month, received 7/10 day msg instantly called backdoor number and was told of denial due to presence of collection(s) and or too many INQs. Fast fwd three weeks later and there's a chase freedom mailer in my box. I don't get it...

THAT'S A FACT.
You are on their radar, even after the denial. Disregard the mail, and check the pre qual site every two weeks or so. The site is pretty solid
