I got this message:
We are unable to locate any offers for you at this time.
This may be because you have opted out of "pre-screened" offers from Chase and other companies or you have recently responded to another offer from Chase.
I remember back in the day doing the opt out through some website (can't recall), but they would remove you from many vendors' list.
I wish there was a way to know if I am pre qualified with them instead of wasting a hard inquiry.
If I called them, would they be able to tell me if I am prequalified?

I called them and they suggested I go to a branch to see about a prequal. They also suggested I wait and see if I get the pre approval works after optin in to their marketing materials.
I get that message all the time but its probably due to me being on their BL.

I'm in the same boat, no offers in months...maybe because I'm 5/24?
