Thinking Chase would pull EX for some reason I apped for their Amazon card as it was shouldn't under the 5/24 rule.......I wasn't aware that they triple pulled just like Cap 1 does. Initially I got the 30 day message on the app screen and now the robot lady gives the dreaded 7-10 message on the status line (damn).
Sorry OP. Not sure why they did a triple pull. I applied for the CSP a week or two ago and they only pulled Experian. My app went to further review too and I called it was just verification. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks, I am wondering if it is a verification thing also but I don't want to call in and spook them either. I am an AU on a Slate card. When they sent the card they didn't send it to my address they sent it to the primary holder's address which is different, so wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Wow Chase with a triple pull.. Crazy. I thought they didn't like me because they always double pull me (TU and EX) even with scores in the upper 700's.

I usually get double pulled also, but EX and EQ
Robo lady still says 7-10 days
Yeah, the 7-10 day message on the automated system doesn't sound promising. I would wait for the letter to confirm since *some* 7-10 day messages can be related to verification.

It must be a regional thing or something else in regards to the triple pull. Where I live, Chase has always pulled TU. But maybe that has changed now that they are starting to institute 5/24 for the cobranded products. Sorry to hear OP.
