@myquestionsfico, you can contact Citi once you receive the card to entertain any type of SL reconsideration. Please keep in mind they will require another HP for such a request, so be prepared to unlock again and no guarantee they'll increase it. Unfortunately, they will not repurpose the HP on the initial application.
