Citi Luv Button always goes to "call us" page

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else is having this happen with Citibank retail cards such as BestBuy and Macy's.

For me, every time I hit the luv button, it says, "To complete your application call..."

It doesn't let me ask like it used to. I don't know why, but I do hit the button a lot lol...was just curious if anyone else has this experience.

Yes happens to me all the time. Especially Home Depot or Sears or BestBuy. Sometimes its becsuse you may have your credit reports locked which I do. When i see that i know its just a denial and dont even bother calling in.

Macys does this to me when it's too soon for a CLI.

I'm sorry this happens to you, too. But I'm glad I'm not the only one. I did call in once when it did that and they did deny...I guess I'll just wait.

Off subject question.....Does Macy's Store card hard pull or soft...afraid to request and have it a hard pull.
