I filed CH13 in Nov 2013 and was discharged in Nov 2016.
I burnt Citi for 2 cards for about 10K each. How longh is there memory?
I applied a few years ago for the Citi Custom Cash and was denied (Can't remember what they stated in the letter) but definitely did not mention BK.
I did get approved for the Citi Best Buy Visa card for a SL of 20K a a couple of weeks before the denial.
Current DPs:
Income about 200K
Scores are all around 790
only 1 card (WF Reflect15K) opened in last 12 months.
One personal loan (13K) 2 months ago
Co-Signed for my niece's Student loan 4 months ago
TU Inq: 1/6, 3/12, 3/24
EQ inq: 1/6, 1/12, 1/24
EX inq: 2/6, 5/12, 11/24
about 450K in total CL with 3% UTI

They can be pretty vindictive.
IIRC, Citi retail (both store only and cobrand) are kept pretty walled off (except for the Costco Visa since it can be PCed into from a core card) from any core cards they offer. There's definitely DPs in addition to yours of people getting back in with the BB Visa and other cobrands. For core cards they're known to be very difficult to get back in with if not impossible. I burned them pretty badly on two old Dividend cards in a CH7 and I'm resigned to Citi very likely being off limits for good.

Correct. Citi Retail and Citicards are two different divisions with different underwriting and rules.
Burning one will not affect the other and Citi Retail is far more forgiving than Citicards is.
You actually have a decent chance for an approval. Citi has loosened up a bit recently and you have excellent scores and have really come a long way in addition to a good income
All you have to lose is an meaningless inquiry.
those increased rates with the Fed and the inflation means there's a lot of interest income to be had, and the banks like that! lol agree on the loosening.

I was a little hesitant but I got a pre-screened letter in the mail today so I decided to go for it.
