I have a for a Zales Card and also a Best Buy Card, both throught Citi, I wanted the Double Cash Card but im not "Pre-Qualified" for any of their cards. So is it worth the app?
i would head over to credit board and look for a tab called credit pulls ...your welcome.. but i would let the scores mature pass 700. but then im not familiar with citi, they did pre app for the double cash at 12.9% apr
